For Square Studio, we built a custom AI application that would create accurate time and price estimations for projects and create a proposal.

The problem was that estimating a project and creating a proposal for a new potential client, took way too much time (sometimes over a week), which would make the lead lose interest and work with other agencies (loss of thousands of dollars)

The solution was to reduce that response gap from days to minutes.

We created a custom AI application that based on meeting transcriptions, briefs, and past project data, would create accurate time and price estimation and would send a rough proposal to the lead in 3 to 5 minutes. Therefore making the response almost instant.
